As of June 5, masks are encouraged, but not required. However, this policy is subject to change based on local/state/federal public health guidelines at the time of the meeting.

Can my family attend the Annual Meeting and Expo?

Families with children under 16

Supervised children 16 and younger are welcome to attend the meeting for free and are welcome in all areas of the Annual Meeting during open times. However, if children begin to make noise during scientific sessions, it’s critical that parents remove them immediately so as not to disturb the session. Children are not permitted in the Expo Hall during set-up and tear down. Children must be vaccinated.

Children aged 16 or 17 need to be registered as students.

Anyone under the age of 18 is NOT permitted in the Expo Hall during set-up and tear down for any reason. This is an operational building and safety regulation.

Spouses/Parents

Presenters are allowed to have one spouse or parent attend their session for $30. This can be added during the registration process. If you would like your spouse to accompany you to multiple sessions and events, you must register them as a guest. Guests cannot be public health professionals.
